Nursery is Finished!

We finally finished painting and putting away shower gifts. Now we get to start "Thank You" notes. We are blessed to have such a great family and church family.

Lorelye Kate Turbyfill is here!

Our niece was born on October 20, 2008. Here she is with her daddy. She is absolutely beautiful. Jill didn't have any pain medicine! What a woman!

Justin, Christy, and Andrew (and Christy's parents Betty and Nelson) were in High Point visiting her brother. They stopped by for lunch on their way home to Georgia.

29 Weeks

28th Week Doctor's Visit

The "little one" (we still don't have a name!) keeps growing, and so does his mommy!

We celebrated our 3rd Wedding Anniversary on October 1. We stayed overnight in Banner Elk, and we visited Grandfather Mountain.

Week 22

Here I am at 22 weeks! Our little one has become quite active. He loves to kick on
Mommy's tummy and has just begun rolling from side to side. Pregnancy is just the most amazing experience, and I can honestly say that I am enjoying every minute of it. There seems to be something new every day!

Our great friend, Jeremy McKissack (from Texas), came and stayed with us when his group (Shiloh) performed at our church. Jason and Jeremy had a little "jam session" on the organ and piano. Enjoy!

Week 17 - Vacation at Folly Beach

We've been in Texas for the past two weeks, so some rest and relaxation is just what we need! We're at Folly Beach with Jason's family. Yesterday we enjoyed some time on the beach and then went into Charleston for dinner and sightseeing. It's raining today, so we've got some time to update our blog. Hope you enjoy!
