Week 14 - BIG NEWS!!!!

We had a doctor's appointment on Monday morning. Everything seemed to be fine, but Maria had not gained any weight, and there was some concern. We were worried when they ordered another ultrasound, but when the image came onto the screen, everything seemed to be perfectly fine.

We even got to find out early that we are having a baby BOY!

We are very excited!

Week 13

We are in Cleveland, GA at the North Georgia School of Gospel Music. We are having a great time, but there seems to be no time for rest!!!

We are excited about the upcoming weekend. Jason's cousin Sherri is getting married, so we will get to see lots of family and friends!

Getting Beautiful!

Tonight, I was able to spend some time with Rylee and Caden, who I will miss TERRIBLY when I travel to Georgia to teach at the North Georgia School of Gospel Music (NGSGM) for the next two weeks. Rylee wanted to make sure I had a beautiful new hairdo before I left! Thanks, Rylee!

Father's Day dinner

Happy Father's Day, Daddy! Tonight, we celebrated Father's Day at Mom and Dad's house. We pitched in with the rest of the family to buy Daddy a new grill. We had a cook-out to try out the grill, too! This is a picture of Daddy posing with Rylee and Caden, my adorable niece and nephew!

12 weeks

Here I am at 12 weeks (well, and 3 days - I was 12 weeks on Wednesday). This week, I traveled to Alabama to spend some time at the Alabama School of Gospel Music (ASGM) with my husband Jason who is the director of instruction at the school - GO, JASON!! Justin taught at the school this year, so Christy, Andrew (my precious nephew), Rick, and Sandra all traveled with me to hang out for a while and to attend the closing night program.

11 Weeks Pregnant!

Yesterday, I was 11 weeks pregnant. At my appointment yesterday, I had my blood work, an interview with the nurse, and I had my payment consult (how exciting!). My next appointment will be June 23rd, and we'll be able to listen to the heartbeat via the Doppler. (I did get to see the heartbeat with my 1st sonogram!)
